1.you cant proove that usa helped gaddafi and/or hussein to gain control over xy country so that argument fail except if you are paranoid and search for conspiracy plans.

 

2.USA actually defended iraq back than and yes the claim was they are building a nuclear bomb but it was never confirmed. The reason why usa attacked iraq is economical and power related.You get more oil resource thats a good thing but they get it anyways because the father of bush defended iraq back than for a long time, and power related because they were able to make bush look like a powerfull leader thats all.
