No Ferchu, but you'll need to reboot for it to take effect.

 

Nice share btw, WinXP has many things that can be tuned fine.

For example, try searching for Windows XP Performance Edition if you really want a fast OS :P

yea works from 5200 download speed to 5670... but what exactly we do when we decrease from 20% to 0%... i mean it can cause any problem?
