If you want a serious lowrate server, you can join L2Venture. The server is new so there arent 1000+ players on yet, but, it will grow. No custom shits or npc buffers etc. Its VERY close to official. I would rate a 9 out of 10. :D

you can try L2Venture. its a great x10 server (as u requested for a lowrate), and its VERY close to official. There are no bugs, no custom items or npc buffers, Retail-like ;). There are 30-40+ online per day because the server is brand new. Although the community is very nice, and the GMs also :D. Overall Rating: 9/10
