Look into config folder.. altsettings.. and change weight to 100 or w/e

Only workspace. And if you want add this changes to your server, you have to compile project and copy l2jserver.jar (from workspace gameserver/build folder) and paste to your servers libs folder.

Buffer - Preview Simple Buffer - Preview Both are .py buffers :P Other npcs you can find here. Also I must warn you that due to the last commit you have to add one more column (as the last - '0') in npc.sql :P -

If I remember well, there is no potions.java anymore and about olympiad.java, you can find it here java/net/sf/l2j/gameserver/Olympiad.java
