Yes, that skills have same stackType, so only one skill with this stackType can be used. How to fix? - delete that part from skills which u want to stack stackOrder="30" stackType="abnormal_item"

More detailed version: 1. Select element whicht you want to zoom using Rectangular Marquee Tool. 2. Press Ctrl + J, you created new layer with your element. 3. Ctrl + T and resize it holding Shift 4. Press fx icon under Leyers Tab, than choose Drop Shadow... 5. Done. About sig, v1 better, just fix the quality of zoomed element on the right side and change "project" text.

I have a question.. Why awards must be 15x15? There is enough place in profile to put bigger Award, for example: Just change that 15x15 for 125x25, looks much better, not like almost non visible 15x15 small shit.

Oh come on.. get real, present logo is just fine, all those "here is my try" simply sucks. Small tip: before posting any of your "works" think - "will I use it by myself?" ... Don't tell me that you just made a shot from Windows Screensaver by pressing PrtSc key..

IMHO this new theme sucks hard :/ small elements like topic icons and new logo will not make it better. There are a lot of better themes, for example dziner studio's ones, even that free ones.
