Eισαι σιγουρος οτι πριν πας να κανεις το backup εχεις στην database σου table mysql.proc? Και εκτος αυτου , κανε μια new db να μην εχει καθολου table μεσα και τρεξε το backup κατευθειαν για να τα δημιουργησει απο την αρχη ολα.

Boy μου στη φωτογραφια που ποσταρες πανω-πανω γραφει "table mysql.proc does not exist". Επειδη δεν υπαρχει το table αυτο δεν προχωραει και το backup γιατι δεν βρισκει καπου στην database σου το συγκεκριμενο table να περασει αρχεια.
