aCis is not free from revisions 371 up to 390. However, the base revision is going to be 370, which is available and free for the public. @Tryskell or @SweeTs can confirm that. I had a look on the APIs. It looks like that you need to have a payssfecard business account, and using their APIs you can prompt your customer to enter their pin code. Then using their apis you can check the amount of the card and if you are happy, then you can request paysafe to save the money into your account. After that you can have them withdraw to your bank account either by their website or via api. It is similar with paypal but the difference is that they use paysafe vouchers rathen than bank accounts. The principle is the same. I had the experience working on papal and Judopay systems and this is what I had to do. They provide a full documentation.

I am wondering if it is possible to build a new HTML system for L2J packs in general, and more specifically for Interlude Servers, where it will be having a proper support for CSS including animations, coloring buttons, borders on buttons, margins, paddings and background images. The reason I am asking is because whenever I have to write HTML, it is a pain in my eyes seen such an old code been used, text keep appearing on side of a page, which pisses me off and I work with IntelliJ, which cries all the time that font and center tags are out of date. Will the client support or understand the tags? What does it take to make something like this in your opinion?

You don't need to be so hard on people. But I will agree with Kara. Someone has to dive deep into the engine to firstly check how it is made, which I believe was created by @Elfocrash and then see how to add the bots in a clan. I think is not even possible, since they are not real account players. The only possible thing is to create bots with a fake crest on them. Anyway I can't help since I have no clue about the code.
