Cause a good server bring also competition, so the one who will DDoS might also be another admin of another server. In the other hand an home-made server can't steal that much players and it would fail anyway soon.

When i joined my first high rate server, there weren't yet npc buffers, we used to get buffs from the L2Day scrolls, still the ppl did not complain about that even though it was not "balanced" (?), the fixes were not that good yet and the geodata not existing at all. Nowdays when a server gets 1sec lag spike ppl use to start screaming on every chat on how bad is that server.

One more java server where robe user are considered as tank. One more java server where daggers are not considered as damage dealer class.

Instead of the Defense Boost to the dagger class I'd give them boost on critical damage since their role is not to tank. About tanks would be nice to have differents stances which works like toggle skill: The defensive which raise up p. def, m def and HP but lower p atk The offensive which raise up p. atk and critical rate but lower p def and m def.

CoV since it gives an higher critical damage while PoW increases critical rate, perhaps it also might depend on the server chronicle.

Wrong, there will never be balance in l2, there are way too many factors which can influence a pvp. About: «For example an archer cant beat a tank on 1vs1 under normal circumstances (retail like buff system etc.» Like i said already, if the archer really know how to play his class he's going to win. Anyway, the only way to balance l2 is to remove every skill, put only auto-attack and remove any chance of critical-hit.

L2Net counted 450 online few hours after server opened, dunno now.

Not if the opponent is a tank, also not going to have a 2nd backstab after hide unless your opponent is afk/lagging since it has 3sec cooldown. Can't be used on that way, if your opponent is smart enough he is going to use hide or go behind text untill both worn off. Anyway, the part where you explain how to play with each class should be deleted since most of the matches are based on the situation and there are many factor influencing it.
