You can't PvP without any kind of PvE, at least in any normal server.

Also write if buffs for PvE or for PvP.

I guess that this thread is about botting just for farm, nothing related to PvP script etc, that just destroy l2 and that's what happening in NA retail servers nowdays.

As above, not interlude. Nowdays it's a fact that nobody wants interlude servers or just few people. Check for any of the common L2j bugs and check if they work there.

I remember from some old java server that summoning wasn't possible in every floor, however it was a bug.

Seems a visual bug, 2 skills with same ID can't fill 2 different slots, unless admin made another skill with same image and in that way you're able to check it by yourself in the system files.
