NO UNNESSECERY COMENTS 1. Let's take a photo 2. Let's create a new layer 3. Let's take "Lasso Tool" 4. Let's zoom in a little with "NAVIGATOR" and let's start drawing arround the eye Then let's take a color [i take [b]#00ffd2[/b]], take Brush and let's Brush that eye. Let's do that to the other eye either. 5. When we are done, let's change the Layer Blending Mode to Soft Light. Final Result (Outcome), you should get something like this : Credit's: [glow=red,2,300]Lelouch[/glow]
