Blue colour - Bonuses that magnus have but not and CoV. Black colour - Both buffs have it but magnus give more % of the stat . Magnus chant is definitely better for mages on server without mp pots for farm , RB . CoV better for PvP , farm , raid on server with mana pots.

On low rate , yes enchant it cause you don't have that fast re-use as on high rates. But on high rate i think that there is no difference if it will be + 0 or + 20 ( in the skill dmg )

believe me or not i have played it and it was not unbalanced.

In your website is written that Safe enchant is 4 also it is written that the blessed enchant chance is 83 % ... Tell us which is the truth. the info on the website or the one that you have posted here ?

The website is dead ... better cause noone will lose his time on corrupted server.
