    It can be done with pre-god chronicles.. on God packet structure is changed even on loginserver. You can use the same loginserver from c4 to highfive but not with God,tauti,lv :-)

    I remade spawnlist xml to .sql you can check it. I agree about spawnlist that's why i remade it to sql, but npcs are static, and they're easily editable. Use and report bugs/double npcs etc(if there are any)

    Generaly, i would suggest you to use acis forums, you would probably get more replies.

    It all depends on how you want to hire the dev. If you want to pay him by availability to you on hours it would cost a lot. 15€/hour is an ideal price. You should better ask what you want to be coded and get decent offers.
