The lagg basically comes from Winshit because with 1000mb/sec connection and 1gb allowed ram you need to handle without lagg 200+ ppl(with linux debian ofc)but windows run a lot of applications that eat your pc.And windows web server 2008?LoL...

Dont use windows for l2 server use Linux Debian thats the first thing, and for the lagg well windows run a lot of unneeded application so i think some of them are eat your pc post please a pic or something about the cpu and ram load of the pc whit the running l2 server.

For dye -9dex,+4con,+5str because you dont lose too much atk speed and +con good for stun resist and more hp and str give you p.atk boost and skills have more power. In buffs go for p.atk with war chant or greater might dont use agility(duelist have little evasion so agility dont have a really useful effect on him)
