i think trade is the best way, because on some servers ( like my current one, elmorelab ) admin started posting pictures/proofs of catching people buying and selling non grade recipes for hilarious amounts of money :) so there it is haha -

such things do work on servers which do not have classic as their main source but are hf/god/whatever adapted to classic version if the files are l2c originally, such tool do not exist so far -
