    There arent any gracia epilogue servers except scryde but u can try www.infinitel2.com which is gracia 2.3.

    The community is pretty high but it hasnt any .online option so its hard to tell.

    Its high rate, u can fully buff with resists, u can get all epic jewells, +'d weapons,armors,jewels.U cant ask for skills to land or pvp being balanced.

    Well if u can find any C3 or so l2j servers u might have a chance to make it work.Even so it should be fixed unless the specific server hasnt updated or fixed anything which is unlikely.

    Rates are fine,safe max also. Scrolls via mobs, blessed scrolls from votes, thats indeed rly good. Why would he change that? Theres already a lot of servers with +7 safe, +25 max , 90% rate.
