On high rate servers( most have npc buffer) you have big attack speed , so chance like be incrase, and inside out on low rate.

It is a question of how much you have money and how much you play. If you overclocker or player 24/7 for example, choose ATI. By this you share here, i will chose cheapest.

1 mistake, high rates. also you can sometimes start casting buff when you are teleporting to oly, sometimes buffs like frenzy are adding. -
