look: my paypal account is now limited, and on that account i never provided my bank account, id or billing adress, only my phone number and credit card. Now i have another account which i created where i did not linked anything yet, if i link a new credit card to that new Paypal account and i will start recive money and transfer to card, they will close it or ban me or something?
