weeh u asking alot :D the first thing is easy even if u dont use l2joneo package to set all chars in one area u want to have them as start area go open sql : char_templates.sql 48183, 186746, -3486 these are the start locations u can easy change them just write ingame /loc were u want the chars be spawned than write the infos in the sql u have to do it at all chars human fighter human mage darkelfen fighter and and and.. than all will spawn in the zone you changed it i

i doubt it works DN use google for a download link yes whit the enchant exploit but..i think its allready a fix out for it the programs can be used to send packets to the server.

its an client glitch no real exploit whatsoever works on every server.

found the quide on another forum and tested it dosent works on l2j when i do click on enchant than open the despoosit window for wh i get instant Disconnect from the server think it is l2j free
