yes it is working on hellbound.

at the moment only IG l2walker is working on hellbound (the latest version on towalker.com), and both IG/OOG versions of L2superman. both of which you have to pay for. update: OOG walker is working again.

there is not bakeice bypasser. the one you are referring to is more of a crack for that specific server (does not work everywhere).

hlapex is just a packet reader/modifier that displays the packet in a retard-friendly way (same with l2phx). you can grab any packet sniffing program to do this.

this could work, it depends on where your playing. some servers shadow weapons de-generate in your inventory even when they are not equiped.

99% of these "CT1" private servers are not ct1, but modded versions, so 10.9.0 will not work on these servers because they are still using the login protocols from lets say c4 or interlude.

pretty sure l2walkers sytanx cannot read when a shadow weapons mana is low/runs out. but you could do somthing along the lines of when you "lose the weapon", in other words you could have a constant check running for when you either de-equip a certain weapon or dont have it in your inventory. and then continue on to go exchange a shadow weapon. www.ltwo.co.nr

are you guys talking about walker on retail or private servers? i havent logged into retail with walker for a couple days now, so somthing may have changed. but i doubt it.

it all depends on where you plan on botting. retail = go private server = not so go

botting everywhere is against the rules. botting on private servers is no different then botting on retail, if you get caught, you get banned. simple as that. you dont need to buy a timecard to play on retail (unless there are no cracks out).

l2walker is just like a regular client, other then the reloggin advantage. any expoits that you could do with walker have been patched long ago (buff stacking, duping yourself, etc etc). the main thing you could do with walker back in the day was to exploit how fast you could login.

im not sure if you can do this via a script. but in walker under "control settings" you can set it up so that when a certain person PM's them they can send them buffs.

thats not possible, because when you chat with people on MSN you are not chatting with them directly they (and you) are being routed through a random microsoft server. the only way to get someones IP via MSN would be to send them a file (which opens a connection directly to them). dunno if they have to accept it or not. then you can use something like ethereal or wireshark to sniff through the outgoing/incoming packets for their IP. netstat works to, i think. anyways there are tons of other programs for things like this, such as netstatx (my recommendation)

an easier and more reliable way would be to change your MAC address or spoof it. google > MAC address spoofer
