Maxtor definitely needs to change the system of how to add your server on MXC. All kids with l2j super-ultra-backdoored files and 0 experience open their private homemade servers, this is the single reason why Private servers die. People are scammed from kids like this guy, they don't know to manage it due 0 experience, people get angry, lose mood, they dont feel safe playing on a server and many others.
