You obviously can work with packets only, but you have to intercept them as close to the source, which actually mean you have to hook the actual client function that generates them. You can't intercept encrypted packets without knowing the decryption algorithm, and most antibot/protections are using custom packet encryption.

No even 1337gb on a VPS won't be enough to run as a live. You'll need HDD speed mostly,something that vps doesn't offer, or you'll encounter issues. For c4 binaries you'll need about 8GB as a minimum and for GF binaries 12-14GB.

Except LoL creators were part of Dota Allstars team, and DotA was never a Game itself, it was a map/mod of WC3(as you can see DOTA2 changed a lot of names, items, heroes, due to copyrighted material). I code as a hobby when I got free time (well, better than a lot folks in here). Software engineering is priced much higher than what you ask for, but you have to re-consider your market pool, as it's not the same as it was. I also understand the higher prices because of the split that occurs, after all it's not a single person that is affiliated with advext. However, I'm not here to judge your pricing, as you have the right to set the prices to anything you wish, I'm just telling my opinion. Best regards.
