Good but you should "play" with setName() and not with serverpacket infos actually, why? Because in damage screen , the real name will be appeared. (Example: PonyRider hits you for 400 dmg , there it will be the real name) That's the "bad thing" , except if it's what you want. So if you want to really hide their name , you have to work on setName(). And I think that in this case , you want to really hide it :P. CharInfo serverpacket is the best to edit when players are not attackable ( for example lucky chests events,etc and of course you want hidden names).

My old server was L2Versus, and website was http://l2versus.eu loled :D No problem , but you will not be accepted by hopzone,topzone (logically)

How it will slow your server? It uses just a connection and then it loads them in a map and I think loading these strings is fast.

It's not that simple , it will need to store the ips so it will need 1 more database connection. I will do it when I will have some free time ( after that it will be ready for using it on a live server)
