    Dyes. +4, dex-str-wit dissarm enchant time!! the other 2 chance atk skills, power/pvp!! NOT at, they have to high resist on armors so its useless. Belt, pvp defense nothing else

    -1 dont like it, the only H5 whit it, is weapons and armors. Only thing u can do is pvp
