L2 Off Interlude windows 2008

good afternoon I am trying to take a server of l2 off interlude in Windows 2008, but with himself that work, does not try to place a virtual machine with Windows 2003 loads well but it is not possible to be connected does not give to error nor anything,

somebody knows like making it work in Windows 2008, or if they have some pack that works would thank for much

He means Visual C++ Runtime Environment Redistributable files. But Win8 seems a very remote posibility, its good for a tablet, but not for a server or PC.
