For those who are 18+ please write your height's progress during your teenage years and when you stopped growing taller.

For those who are -18 please write your current height and how much height did you earned the last years.

i was working out at guy

i as playing football,handball and Tea-kwon-do (Black belt)

Tea-kwon-do really help me to grow up some cm

but i understand hat if the place you lives have Fresh air you can grow up more

dunno how fresh air connects with the Height but i think it helps
