Program have problems with getting list of modules from game process, or game process don't have modules (core.dll, engine.dll, nwindow.dll), or name of process isn't l2.bin/l2.exe

Try inject dll with that tool. http://securityxploded.com/remotedll.php And tell if working.

Remove L2Tower.Update.xml and make update again, it will force download updated files.
