I mean OP for his IPs.

Because yu can jungle without smite , he is JUST unbeatable in a 1v1 , and whenever he gets low his can W the enemy and take back HP.

 

And if you are clever enough you dont use his ulti when you start the fight BUT only when you get low , and your prey gets away.
