[Share][Mid/PvP] Choose

Today, after a long time,

I created some simple Choose template ..

Just this time,

I added a 468x60 banner place,

And placed credit's (Because on last, even though it wasn't that good, I found ~15 people sharing and saying that they created it ....)  :-\

it looks good .. BUT .. you can make it looks better ^^

just take off that lines of the boxes to go MID or PVP and make each effect a bit longer.. just enought to cover all the screen in row ^^

and under the characters .. make and effect of depth ..

i just saw the preview and this is what came to my  mind ..
