You are with bishop , and you have 1000hp left and u see a dagger try to hit you and u take 800-900 damage , use Balance Life and u will see u will fell on the ground but ur hp will be full and no one can't target you

 

so i just need have low HP like 100 and just need make Balance Life without party right ?

In order to this skill work properly, you must have people on your party... but the trick is to use the skill without a party.
