GX-Ext Which file of the svn files should i edit to make blow skills to have 100% chance so i can add the settings in the IlExt.ini? because when im changing it from the skilldata.txt it just helps -

Dear MxC i have one problem .
I want to edit forum theme for my clan forum which use SMF.
So im trying to use this one http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php?lemma=367 .
Where i need to edit it? In the index.template.php ?
What i want to edit? I want change the colour of the forum.
Where you see the green colour i want to use blue .
How can i change it?
Im sorry if i post it in any wrong section . Im found it from the "Search" button.
