seems failed server,but what is it?

probably cause the wep don't show up in his inventory also the wep slot... or/and the wep is Imperial Staff which is also 2 handed but he holds a sigil in his other hand....

 

if its somethings else i don't get it too

why failed server? can be custom weapon :D
