If you have ATI Graphic Card, right click on desktop and choose Catalyst Control Center, there you have all settings related with Graphic Card. If you have ATI Card but don't have Catalyst Control Center - you have bad installed driver/not installed.

2 st you dont have to donwload drivers

 

3 st try the os in windows xp sp3

 

4 download ati catalyst center

 

5 restart your pc
