You upload you image in a site...ex..www.imageshack.us

Then when your image is uploaded you select this option --->Thumbnail for forums.The you just copy/paste.ex (img) Your link here (/img) <---here you dont use "()" but "[]"I just write it with "()" cause if i wrote it with "[]" it dosent shows the example...

also imageshack links are ready for forums..the already have the command..
