[Help] Problem with l2.exe

Well guys I have a problem. First time I have this problem and I don't know what to do. I want to join a server whitch has got only l2.ini. I paste l2.ini in my system folder and when I am going to open l2.exe it do not open. I do not get dc it just don't open! I need your help thanks :S

choose an other system to put it in.
