Its not difficult he uses 2 programs for that 1st for the 3D and later photoshop for the texture/color etc :P im not gonna tell what program is that so he can do hes thing :P

3k adena for this easy thing? Xara3d 5mins work and you are done. Open it with PS and put this texture. I dont find something difficult in order to pay it.

Actually it took me 1.30 hours. I made In Illustrator one by one the letters add them in Photoshop, then I add some level layers and hue/saturation too, then I choose the front "layer" of the letters and add the brush. In some letters I had to choose the front "layer" by Pen Tool.

 

So it's not a 5 minutes job. ^^

Try to use Xara3d. Every letter isnt more than 2 mins work.
