@On topic - You should start to read some tutorials. Here are some tutorials for the basics on photoshop. When you're ready go here (account needed)and practise on signatures! Your creation is not so good. You have to work more. Good luck!

Well... why did u added clouds in the back when in front you have colors such as Red/Black? COuldn't you atleast make  the text f.e in red? Its not good enough to be called a sig you should take on tutorials.. atm i can't really comment on it in the right way cuz it is really horrible :x
