Carry Role on Dota[Team Play - Solo pvp - Farm]

Well today I will introduce to you one of my favorite dota roles the carries!

 

A carry hero can be considered as the superman of the team. They are the ones who basically, as the name says, “carry” the team to victory. They are able to take down most heroes by themselves, and even more devastatingly when with their allies. Carry heroes are often farmers, they usually stay in lane as much as possible and does not roam the map or initiate ganks.

 

A good example of a carry hero is The Faceless Void. This hero has the ability to slow (Timewalk) and stun his opponents (by bashing), along Timewalk being his makeshift escape route. His Chronosphere Ultimate allows him to freeze a large area around him for a couple of seconds to allow him to focus his efforts to one target without fear of retaliation before moving to the next victim.

 

Terrorblade (Soul Keeper) is another carry hero. He can tank and deal damage at the same time. His ultimate allows him to exchange his hitpoints with another hero, so he can take damage until he’s close to dying, then use his ultimate against an enemy hero with full life. With the right items, Terrorblade is a devastating hero. He can cast Metamorphosis on himself to turn him to a ranged hero, along with being able to duplicate himself to deal more damage and confuse enemy heroes.

 

The carry hero is what the other team fears the most, being able to dish out a lot of damage. Some can isolate heroes to finish them one by one. But of course, this hero requires careful playing and takes a high level of skill. He’s only effective as far as how the person uses the hero.

 

First of all we have to understand the the carry role is suppose to do to the entire game and which dota heroes are carries.

 

A carry hero is a hero who ultimately wins most of the game for his team. This can be achieved through 2 ways, which is to establish total dominance or by accumulate sufficient firepower to bring down the tree/throne before your opponents do. A natural carry hero will usually have skills relegated on fulfilling these 2 purposes. Whether he does that via his inventories or skills, that don’t matter, but it does determine how good he is as a carry.

So now we continue on game strategies:

 

Carries are often item dependable it means that need items in order to have a descent game.That means that most of carries have to farm a lot early game and mid until they get their core items.After that they will be able to roam or to take some kills in team battles.Last hitting ability is needed in order to play a carry because you have to focus on creep kills.

 

                                    Get most out of your carry:

 

In order to get the best of your carry you have to know some really important things that make the big difference in DotA games.The 1st thing you have learn is that if you know your hero and you know your opponents hero than you will succeed in the game.If you know your hero and you dont know enemies hero than you will probably have a normal nothing special game.If you don't know yourself and neither your opponent then you will fail hard and you will end up even quit DotA. Just consider that every little game counts on your experience and knowledge. To make it better understand I split the carries into two categories ->

Also Syllabear is a great carry hero...maybe morph

 

and da best is TROLL(wow)VOID URSA

 

Also,a carry hero must always have TP or something to avoid gangs cz everyone will try to gang him
