Wind strike can be useful for summoners, when they need their offensive cubics to trigger.

Most useless : charm (absolutely NO USE) / kiss of eva buff (could be awsome, too bad you wont realy need to swim anywhere but zaken's place oO)

 

Calling bandage or switch uselless skills ? Are you serious ? How the hell will you land ''that'' btb/focus/ms in oly without bandage ?

And you realy have no clue about the free stabs (or lethals) in the back that any de-target can give ?

Well, you have to swim to giran raids, PI (Half soe :P ) etc, but it's still useless....

Oh c'mon, you don't need to go underwater for this. In fact, im almost certain that the ONLY place that you need to swim underwater is zaken's place. (Maybe Im missing some 82+ new places here, dunno)
