Hello ladies.

In this topic I am going to introduce you every L2J Project which is currently alive, I will comment it, I will give you the proper svn/timeline links for it, and I will also redirect you to a few guides you may need.

Let's begin.

Chronicle 4

Comment: Your only option concerning that Chronicle, so even if you don't want to use it, you have to.

 

 

Chronicle 5

Comment: The very basic C5 source you're gonna find. It wasn't developed properly back then, but it is a rather stable version.

Comment: The best choice, as far as I'm concerned. Well developed, stable and kinda clean (as evil33t was still on business back then ^^).

 

 

Chronicle 6 (Interlude)

Comment: A crappy version of L2JOneo, based on dirty coding, trying to impress newbies with the variety of customisations. Does not really worth.

Comment: Tryskell is a skilled person, but with the lack of Testers and with only 1 person developing the pack, we cannot be sure if it can reach high.. However, it's a nice choice if you're planning on opening an Interlude Server.

 

L2JBrasil

Comment: The worst, worst, worst pack/project that ever existed. Do NOT use it if you are planning to create a semi-good / exceptional server.

L2JFrozen

Comment: Nothing can be told for sure (for now at least), although, judging by the fact that most of the commits include stuff that has already been shared, I guess that it is not that promising.

Comment: Even if it is not really close to retail, even if many features are missing, it's better than any project mentioned above.

Comment: The very best choice for that chronicle! Well developed, many similar to retail functions and features, clean customisations; the perfect package for an interlude developer.

 

 

The Kamael

Comment: Generally, that chronicle is not really suggested. Development on it wasn't really good, plus that the developers' activity wasn't the proper.

Comment: I'd suggest it once again, because of all I told above, concerning the interlude version. But still, Kamael was not the perfect chronicle to be developed.

Comment: Yet again, L2JFree is the best choice.

Comment: Well, pretty similar to the first part. Many efforts were made, but nothing really serious changed. Of course it remains the initial source of all projects.

Comment: And here we come to the professionality of L2JFree, the Gracia Chronicle. Best option!

Comment: Rather good, but nothing special in comparison to L2JFree's version!

Comment: That's the chronicle where L2JFree stopped advancing to newer ones, and keeps working on. Obviously the best option!

Comment: I cannot understand Russian, although by taking a look I saw that they advanced some stuff that L2JServer didn't manage to. But still, L2JFree remains the best option!

 

 

Gracia Epilogue

Comment: Even if it was always underestimated, because of being public since it was founded, it certainly is the best G Epilogue option!

Comment: All I'm gonna say is that this is the G Epilogue version of L2JTeon. I hope you get me!

Comment: It's your only option, but even if it wasn't, it would still be perfect.

ah and btw sth else , as far as i remember L2JServer's C4 Source has problem on logging in. too bad cause it will be the BEST to have a c4 server :p
