It has been patched eons ago, just get over it and stop beggin! As long as you cant get those commands through tontor's (hope hell burn in hell) patch these .htm are useless, even if the server hasnt patched the correct npc(the bugable). If you want to be able to use it first you have to find out how to get bypass his patch. Till then all .htm are good for nothing
