Try to reinstall mysql..use other version, create new Db etc..

enter the new ip based in the configuration file to specify the address of the external address of the database restart the database and it should work.

 

P.S the problem lies in the fact that you have two accounts defined as localhost and 127.0.0.1 to the lack of access and two for access just throw them now restart the database setting back to local

Ok Fixed It Was Something Wrong With MySql...And I Found That MySql 5.0 Is The Best :P OK lock It Thx For Replies..
