Rules:

 

- Must have "MaxCheaters" in big letters.

- Must have "the best cheating forum" under .

- Must look like party - anniversary one this time!

- Must say "1 Million Posts Anniversary" !

- Can be png,gif,jpg ,animated gif. No bmp please.

- Size of banner: 400px × 80px
