Problem starting Gracia Epilogue

Guys i've got the exact same problem -> http://forum.ragezone.com/f329/starting-epilogue-client-646680/

 

When I use the official files the game runs well (i can't connect ofc), but after I edit the host files or patch my system it gives me the blue screen thingie and my PC restarts.

Anyone found a solution? This is preventing me to start the game.. Otherwise, older clients are running without problems.
