Okay, in this tutorials i will use netbeans. First, you have to make sure that you have installed the J2SE (http://www.java.sun.com/products/). Next, download the netbeans (http://www.netbeans.org) then install it. After succesfully installed it, select File -> New Project ...

Next, a window will come up

For this time, we will choose "Java" at the categories, and "Java Application" at the projects, and click Next.

Your work is appreciated. Thanks for posting it even if it's really simple =)

 

Anyway i would call it useless, since you can create/build apps but other people can't really use them, cause they are jars and not exes.
