If you won't use this computer for anything (just for the server) and if people will login only from your country, you can handle a loooot more players. BACK ON TOPIC: It highly depends on if you use it as a workstation (think of it as a home/work computer) or as a dedicated machine. Anyway, you can handle 50 players in your country in any case.
