jesus dude they doensn't know how to code and read codes :O i loled when i saw the persons with over 3500 posts argueing about java lol get a certificate then argue..

1 quest why you use all the time for example :

else if (activeChar.inObserverMode())
            {
               activeChar.sendMessage("Sorry,you are in the observation mode.");
            }            
            else if (activeChar.isFestivalParticipant())
            {
                activeChar.sendMessage("Sorry,you are in a festival.");
                return false;
            }    

and you dont use simply

else if (activeChar.isFestivalParticipant()) || .inObserverMode()) || ........................................................
  {
    activeChar.sendMessage("[WARNING: You cannot use this command right now!].");
                return false;
            }
