This info is only up to C6, after this it changes

 

e.g. all resistances are halved and there is an enchantment in using the effect.

for a more specific example:

antharas was 60% resist stun

now it is 30% resist stun and 30% bigger chance to inflict stun on enemy.

 

After C6 this data is not that useful, but till C6 it is very usefull in high rate servers mostly
