i can open more than 13 in gracia 2.3, didnt tried any more... they had max graph propereties xD

gggg man u have on comp 10GGB ram? unbelieveble..... 

on my 4ggb opening 6-10 without lags, but never needed that much windows, 2-3 is enough

i can open 8-10 with my laptop

and with my main 10++

I got 4gb ram quadro core amd and geforce 9700 and i ran 5 at a time without problems never tried more
