Or that just a university's speedtest.

Universities have their own internet connection, meaning they use no ISPs and stuff, but their own ISP. :o

i'm paying for 4 mpbs conn-x but i've got 10 becouse of a problem with my I/C i called a staff of conn-x and he went me somewhere into pc deep !! and he changed my mbps into 10 im paying for 4 but i've got 10

This site is shitloaded. I lagged the whole shitty server of theirs. I had 700 ping which is impossible because my ping for my own country is from 3-10. It showd i have 16 mbps when i originally have 35 mbps on my laptop. I really think this site aint workin well.
