Not a bug and yeah, take some time and you'll have 255 recs :) Means you need to log-in / log-out 255 times :O ^^

It can't be "fixed" without breaking the "retail-like" behavior, since NCSoft made it that way in C2 (and purposely did not change it). You CAN re-recommend after relog. It must work or the server's a lame emulator.
